FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we work, what's included, and what depends on third-party platforms.

Google Merchant Center

Can you guarantee my Merchant Center suspension will be lifted?
No. Google alone decides whether an account is reinstated or products are approved. We investigate likely causes, correct the issues within your website, settings and product data, and help you request a review when the account is genuinely ready. Anyone promising guaranteed reinstatement is promising something they don't control.
Why was my account suspended for misrepresentation?
Google's notices rarely give specific reasons. Common causes include missing or inconsistent business and contact information, unclear shipping, return or refund terms, pricing or checkout inconsistencies, and unsupported product claims. Our audit looks for these issues across your store, checkout and Merchant Center settings.
What's the difference between a disapproval and a suspension?
A disapproval affects individual products — usually because of data, landing-page or product-policy issues. A suspension affects the whole account and stops all products from showing. Disapprovals are often resolved through feed and page corrections; suspensions usually need a broader review of the store and business information.
How long does Google take to review my account?
Google doesn't publish a fixed timeline, and review times vary. We can't influence or speed up Google's review. We will tell you when we believe the account is ready for a review request, and why.
Will you open a new Merchant Center account to get around a suspension?
No. Creating replacement accounts to evade a suspension breaks Google's policies and can lead to further enforcement. We also won't submit misleading or invented business information. We work on your existing account and the underlying issues.

Shopify development and store launches

How long does a store launch take?
It depends mainly on how quickly your product data, branding and business information are ready. We confirm an estimated timeline in your written scope before work starts, once we know what you're providing.
What do I need to provide for a new store?
Accurate business details (trading name, contact email and, where applicable, a returns address), product data and images from your supplier, your logo or brand assets, your real shipping and returns terms, and access to your Shopify account. We build policy pages from this information; we never invent it.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is our main platform. We also handle troubleshooting, product management and migrations involving WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Wix. Tell us your platform and we'll confirm whether the work is a good fit.
Can I make changes to the store myself after launch?
Yes. The store is yours, and we include a handover walkthrough so you can manage products, pages and navigation yourself.

Product uploads and catalog work

How many products are included in the Store Launch package?
The Store Launch package ($499 one-time) includes up to 20 product listings built from product data you supply. Additional products can be added at the per-product rates on our pricing page.
How many product updates are included each month?
The Product Management package ($199/month) includes up to 50 standard product updates per month. A standard update is one product created or edited from supplied data. Larger volumes are quoted separately.
What happens if I need more than the included limit?
We'll let you know before the limit is reached and confirm the cost of any additional work. Nothing beyond your agreed scope is started or billed without your approval.

Virtual assistants and monthly hours

How do monthly virtual assistant hours work?
Each plan includes a maximum number of working hours per month — for example, up to 40 hours in the Ecommerce Virtual Assistant package. Time is logged against tasks and summarized in your weekly report.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Not by default. Hours are a monthly allowance. If your workload varies from month to month, we can agree a different arrangement in writing.
Is the Complete Store Operations allowance 80 hours per service?
No. Complete Store Operations includes up to 80 hours per month shared across all included VA and product-management work — not 80 hours for each service.
Do you provide 24/7 coverage?
No. Virtual assistant and support services are provided during working hours agreed at onboarding. We don't offer 24/7 coverage.

Contracts, billing and third-party costs

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Monthly services run month to month unless your written proposal states a minimum term. One-time projects are covered by the scope you approve before work starts.
How does billing work?
Prices are in US dollars. One-time projects are invoiced as set out in your proposal, which may include payment before work starts. Monthly services are invoiced in advance for each month. We never collect card details through this website.
Are your published prices fixed?
Published prices are starting prices or ranges. Your final price depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before chargeable work begins.
Are third-party subscriptions and fees included?
No, unless explicitly agreed. Shopify plans, paid themes and apps, ad spend, email and helpdesk platforms, automation tools and supplier fees are paid by you directly to the provider.

Access, security and scope

What access do you need to my accounts?
Only what the work requires — usually a staff or collaborator account on your store and user access to tools such as Merchant Center or Google Ads. We never ask for the password to your own account, and you can remove our access at any time.
How do you protect my store and customer data?
We work through individual staff or collaborator accounts rather than shared logins, request only the permissions a task needs, and ask you to remove access when the work ends. We access customer data only to perform the agreed tasks.
What happens if the scope changes?
If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we'll explain how it affects price and timing and wait for your written approval before going ahead.

Refunds and cancellations

Can I cancel a monthly service?
Yes. You can cancel by email before your next billing date. Services already paid for continue until the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds depend on the work already completed. If you cancel a one-time project before work starts, we refund what you paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs. Completed work isn't refundable. Our Refund Policy sets out the details.
Can I get a refund if Google doesn't reinstate my account?
Our fees cover the investigation and corrective work performed, not Google's decision, which we don't control. That's why we explain the scope, limits and likely next steps before you commit to any paid work.

Policies referred to above are set out in full in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
