What counts as maintenance?
Fixes, small changes, content updates and troubleshooting. New features and redesigns are quoted separately, so your allowance stays available for upkeep.
What happens if I need more hours in a month?
We'll tell you before any additional work starts and confirm the cost. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.
Do unused hours roll over?
Not by default — hours are a monthly allowance. If your workload varies, we can agree a different arrangement in writing.
Is this an emergency support service?
No. Maintenance plans cover planned upkeep and fixes during agreed working hours. Response expectations are set out in your agreement.
