How limits, upgrades and add-ons work.
Can I combine a package with individual services?
Yes. Packages cover the most common combinations, and individual services can be added at the rates on our pricing page. We confirm the combined scope and price in writing.
What happens if my needs go beyond a package's limits?
We'll tell you before a limit is reached and quote the additional work. Nothing beyond the package's limits is started or billed without your approval.
Can I switch between monthly packages?
Yes. You can move to a different monthly package from your next billing period.
Is the Complete Store Operations allowance 80 hours per service?
No. Complete Store Operations includes up to 80 hours per month shared across all included VA and product-management work — not 80 hours for each service.
Are third-party subscriptions and fees included?
No, unless explicitly agreed. Shopify plans, paid themes and apps, ad spend, email and helpdesk platforms, automation tools and supplier fees are paid by you directly to the provider.
