Shopify & Website Development

Move your store to Shopify without losing products, links or customers

Migrating platforms involves more than exporting a product CSV. FHAVI plans and carries out store migrations with structured data mapping, redirects for existing URLs and a checklist-driven launch, so your catalog, customer records and search visibility move across in good order.

The problem

Where migrations usually go wrong

Variants that don't import correctly, images that lose their order, product URLs that change without redirects, and customer accounts that need reactivating are the most common causes of disruption after a migration.

We map data before moving it, test the import on a sample, and verify the result before your domain is switched.

FAQ

Store Migration questions

More answers on our FAQ page.
Will my customers need new passwords?
Customer passwords can't be transferred between platforms. Customer records can usually be migrated, and Shopify lets customers activate their accounts. We'll plan how and when to let them know.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Every migration carries some risk. Redirecting old URLs and preserving page content reduces it considerably, but we can't guarantee rankings, which are decided by Google.
Can you migrate order history?
Usually, depending on the source platform and migration method. We confirm what's possible during the audit.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on catalog size, data quality and custom features. Your migration plan includes a timeline once we've reviewed the current store.
