Step 1: Agree the standard
We define title format, description structure, variant rules and image requirements.
Step 2: Sample listings
A small sample is completed for your approval before volume work begins.
Step 3: Production
Remaining products are listed or updated in agreed batches.
Step 4: Quality check and report
Each batch is checked against the standard and summarized for you.
What's the difference between a basic upload and an enhanced listing?
A basic upload ($1.50–$3/product) publishes supplied data cleanly with correct variants, images and collections. An enhanced listing ($4–$8/product) also improves the title and description, adds structured specifications, and checks images and alt text.
How many products are included in the monthly package?
The Product Management package includes up to 50 standard product updates per month. Larger or more complex volumes are quoted on the ongoing product management plan.
Can you write product descriptions from scratch?
Enhanced listings include improved descriptions based on the product information available. Extensive original copywriting, such as long-form brand content, is quoted separately.
Which platforms do you work with?
Mainly Shopify, plus WooCommerce and other platforms that support admin or CSV-based product management.
